Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies began her acting profession at 12 when she began attending local casting shows. Her acting career began as a child when she began going to local casting calls for open roles. Gillies made her debut on television in a part as a regular actor in the three seasons of The Black Donnellys. She said that her parents thought it inappropriate for her to see the series in its completeness. In 2008 she appeared in small roles in the musical The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. She was cast in the summer of 2008 in the role of Lucy, alongside Ariana Grande, who was her co-star from Victorious and Jason Robert Brown's musical 13. Later that year, the Broadway rendition of 13 was launched, and was the first Broadway production with an ensemble comprised entirely of teens. Gillies received the major songs "Opportunity," "It Can't be true," along with other songs like "Hey Kendra," "Getting Ready" and some others. Gillies continued to be part of the project until the end of January 4th, 2009.
